Position : Digital Marketing & Leasing Coordinator

About OREM Capital : We are a fast-growing real estate company looking for a proactive, tech-savvy and resourceful Digital Marketing and Leasing Coordinator to join our leasing department.

This is primarily an office-based position focused on improving the visibility, performance and marketing strategy of our residential rental portfolio. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with digital tools, understands modern marketing, has an interest in AI and technology, and enjoys finding current ways to improve results.

The ideal candidate already has some professional experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced office workplace with multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities

- Conduct market and competitor research for our residential properties.
- Develop marketing strategies tailored to each project.
- Create, update and optimize rental listings across digital platforms.
- Improve SEO, online visibility and overall property exposure.
- Monitor listing performance, lead sources and marketing statistics.
- Track results and prepare reports on market trends and campaign performance.
- Make recommendations regarding pricing, promotions, positioning and marketing strategy.
- Research new advertising platforms, digital tools, AI solutions and marketing opportunities.




- Help improve internal marketing and leasing processes through technology and automation.
- Coordinate marketing content, property information and online presentation.
- Support the leasing team with lead follow-up and customer service when required.
- Occasionally conduct property visits or provide leasing coverage during vacations, busy periods or team absences.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in marketing, sales, customer service, real estate or a similar field.
- A degree in marketing, communications, or similar relevant field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and online platforms.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new software quickly.
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working with data, statistics and performance reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Organized, independent and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Creative, curious and willing to bring forward new ideas and solutions.
- Experience in real estate or leasing is an asset but not required.
- Fully bilingual.

Location: Pointe-Saint-Charles, Montreal

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary: $50,000/year + potential cash bonuses and other perks
