In this director role, you will manage donor portfolios, develop personalized strategies, and cultivate new revenue streams while collaborating with staff and volunteers. Your contributions will enhance fundraising efforts focused on curing type 1 diabetes. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage donor portfolios for major gifts from $5,000 to $1,000,000
- Develop individualized donor strategies aligning with campaign goals




- Implement moves management to deepen donor engagement
- Build relationships with prospects for diversified revenue
- Recruit and support volunteer leaders for fundraising strategies Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of fundraising leadership experience
- Bilingual in French and English
- Proven success in closing major gifts
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
