As a Package Handler, you will play a vital role in our sorting operations, verifying and unloading freight while using both manual and powered equipment. This position requires you to efficiently sort parcels, operate technology for order preparation, and maintain cleanliness and safety within the facility. If you’re physically fit and thrive in dynamic settings, this position is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests
• Manually unload freight into conveyors and organize shipments
• Sort, scan,
and handle parcels according to the sort plan
• Operate jacks to stage sorted freight in designated areas
• Complete assigned cleaning and safety inspections
Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds / 23 kg
• Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule
• Familiarity with powered/manual jacks
• Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Perform other tasks as assigned
