About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Remote Industrial Engineer to drive continuous improvement initiatives across their organization. This fully remote role allows you to contribute your expertise in process optimization and efficiency enhancement from anywhere, impacting operations that serve diverse markets, including those near Kimberley . You will be responsible for analyzing existing processes, identifying waste, and implementing data-driven solutions to boost productivity and reduce operational costs. This position offers a significant opportunity to shape operational excellence in a flexible, remote-first environment, collaborating with teams globally to foster a culture of ongoing improvement. Key Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate remote continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Analyze operational data from various sources to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for cost reduction. Develop and implement standardized work processes, performance metrics, and best practices across different departments. Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams to drive change, ensure buy-in, and support the successful implementation of improvement initiatives.



Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and develop sustainable corrective action plans. Create and maintain documentation related to continuous improvement projects, including process maps, training materials, and project reports. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement , process engineering, or industrial engineering roles. Proven experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly advantageous). Demonstrated ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively in a remote work setting. Proficiency in data analysis tools, process mapping software, and project management platforms. Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders remotely. Benefits
