Grandeur is a growing company looking for an individual to join our team as a Mudder/Taper
REPORTS TO: Lead Hand
SUMMARY: Mudding and Taping requires the use of hand tools to tape drywall joints in units and full adherence to safety compliance regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate hand tools and power tools
- Install corner beads on drywall as required
- Mud, tape, and sand drywall joints as required
- Texturing of ceilings as required
- Wall and ceiling drywall repair as required
- Assist in drywall installation as required
- Keep work area organized and clean
- Ensure work is done correctly and safely
QUALIFICATIONS:
- General building principles and tool knowledge.
- Knowledge of standard measurements.
- Blueprint literate.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to project a positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as a team.
WORK CONDITIONS:
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lb.
- Able to operate power tools.
- Able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
- Overtime as required.
