Reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage, the Server will be responsible for offering personalized food and beverage service that reflects our commitment to hospitality. At Sooke Harbour House, you will work seamlessly with the culinary team to create delightful moments for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and provide attentive dining service
• Present menus and recommend food and drinks
• Take and enter guest orders accurately into the system
• Ensure timely serving of food and beverages




• Prepare and maintain the dining area before, during, and after shifts
Requirements:
• Past experience in a serving role or hospitality industry
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and a great team-oriented spirit
• Adaptable for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Required to have Serving It Right certification or ability to obtain
