Job Description Open and close work orders Schedule appointments for the following day Manage the fleet of courtesy vehicles Answer calls and schedule appointments Track parts on order Understand and apply manufacturer warranties, including prepaid maintenance plans Process requests related to extended warranties Manage multiple IT platforms Requirements Experience in the automotive industry (any type of position) Passion for customer service and comfort interacting with the public Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously What We Offer Permanent position 5-day workweek (Monday through Friday) No weekend work Uniform provided Secure work environment within a rapidly expanding company Salary: Starting at 60k/year.
