Job Description
Product Development & R&D;
Design and develop high-performance loudspeaker systems for premium consumer audio applications
Evaluate and optimize driver selection, crossover networks, cabinet acoustics, and system integration
Build and test prototypes with an iterative, performance-driven approach
Research emerging technologies, materials, and design methodologies
Participate in full product lifecycle development from concept to commercialization
Acoustic Engineering & Measurement
Conduct acoustic measurements (frequency response, distortion, impedance, sensitivity, directivity, vibration analysis)
Analyze and correlate measurement data with subjective listening results
Optimize system performance through data-driven engineering
Support speaker system tuning and room interaction analysis
Design & Simulation
Utilize modeling and simulation tools to predict and enhance system performance
Contribute to enclosure design, resonance control, and material optimization
Develop and refine crossover designs and system voicing
Support integration of DSP technologies where applicable
Testing & Validation
Develop and execute validation plans for prototypes and production units
Perform critical listening evaluations and competitive benchmarking
Support product qualification, manufacturing validation, and quality assurance
Ensure products meet defined performance metrics and specifications
Supplier & Technical Collaboration
Collaborate with driver manufacturers, suppliers, and engineering partners
Evaluate new technologies and supplier capabilities
Support technical discussions with domestic and international stakeholders
Provide technical support to internal teams including sales and marketing when needed

The Successful Applicant
Required
Bachelor's degree in Acoustical Engineering, Audio Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on experience in loudspeaker design, electroacoustics, or audio product development.
Strong knowledge of:
Loudspeaker theory and electroacoustics
Driver behavior and system integration
Crossover network design
Enclosure design and acoustic optimization
Experience conducting and interpreting acoustic measurements
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred
Experience with high‑end consumer loudspeakers or professional audio products.
Familiarity with tools such as: Klippel, COMSOL, LEAP, SoundEasy, REW, MATLAB, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD
Experience with DSP‑based loudspeaker systems
Knowledge of vibration control, resonance management, and materials science
Mandarin language proficiency to support communication with international suppliers and partners
