As a member of the Live Events team, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service while supervising event staff at Scotiabank Arena, Coca-Cola Coliseum, and BMO Field.

You will act as a key communication link between clients and building personnel, addressing operational inquiries and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. A focus on timeliness and successful event execution is crucial. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee event operations with Live Events team
- Act as liaison for clients and venue staff
- Respond to operational and service issues effectively
- Run event briefings to prepare staff
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures Requirements:
- Supervised in event management or related field for 1+ years
- Open to working flexible schedule, including weekends
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
