Key Responsibilities:



• Negotiate labor relations and administrative issues with BCIT • Advise the FSA Board in strategic planning efforts • Foster relationships with stakeholders and community partners • Ensure education on collective agreements for FSA members • Monitor sector trends affecting FSA member rights

Requirements: • Minimum five years in senior leadership roles • Experience managing a unionized workforce • Solid knowledge of labor relations practices • Proven track record of working with a Board of Directors • Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion
