Your responsibilities include ensuring benefit documentation is correct and assisting the Pension Services team in preparing essential paperwork for members. You'll contribute to the team’s success in reaching pension plan goals and providing exemplary service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver accurate pension benefits information to members
• Complete benefit entitlement documentation with precision




• Provide general administrative support to the Pension Services team
• Aid in meeting pension plan goals and initiatives
• Respond to inquiries from members via telephone or email

Requirements:
• Completed post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong judgment and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
