Job Description Lead and manage construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring all milestones are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
Manage and mentor project team members to encourage professional growth and performance excellence.

The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
A strong background in both multi-storey residential projects and ICI projects.
Proven experience in managing and delivering complex construction projects.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to lead project teams and liaise with stakeholders.
A thorough understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
The ability to schedule jobs autonomously.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
What's on Offer Competitive annual salary ranging from $110000 to $130000 CAD.
Comprehensive benefits package starting after three months, including RRSP contributions of up to 3% for salaries up to $125K.
