We are seeking a motivated and skilled Experience Interlocking Guy to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing interlocking and masonry work with precision and efficiency, ensuring the durability and aesthetic appeal of various projects. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of renovation, restoration, and new construction initiatives, helping us deliver high-quality results on time.

Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively to install interlocking pavers, bricks, and stones.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary materials such as caulking or mortar for proper adhesion.
- Execute masonry tasks including laying bricks, stones, or blocks with precision to meet design specifications.
- Assist in renovation and restoration projects by removing old materials and installing new interlocking systems.
- Use schematics and technical instructions to troubleshoot issues during installation or repair processes.
- Maintain a clean work workplace, adhere to safety protocols, and operate equipment responsibly throughout each project phase.
Experience
- Proven construction experience with a focus on masonry or interlocking systems.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpreting schematics for accurate project execution.
- Experience in renovation or restoration projects involving structural or aesthetic improvements.
- Knowledge of caulking techniques and surface preparation for durable installations.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail combined with excellent teamwork skills to ensure project success.
