Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct Design for Assembly reviews for recent products • Define manufacturing strategies and automation for product assembly • Develop cycle-time and line-balance models for efficiency • Lead proof-of-concept trials to validate assembly processes • Manage supplier integration and technical reviews

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or related engineering field • Minimum 7 years of applicable manufacturing experience • Expertise in robotic assembly systems and automation technology • Proficient in DFM/DFA principles and IATF 16949 • Excellent project management and communication abilities
