At The Kind Hearted Company, our Exterior Division is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, reliable exterior cleaner who takes pride in their craft and wants to be part of a company that has your back.

What You'll Do

- Perform pressure washing, exterior window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and moss removal
- Support general property maintenance as needed
- Operate and care for company equipment to a professional standard
- Follow WHMIS guidelines and safe work practices on every job
- Deliver professional, courteous service to clients in office

What We Offer

- $21.00–$25.00/hour depending on experience
- Part-time — up to 20 hours per week, primarily Monday to Friday (occasional weekends)
- Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit
- Paid drive time between job sites
- WorkSafeBC coverage and company liability insurance
- 4% vacation pay, statutory holiday pay, paid sick days
- All equipment and approved products supplied

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of exterior cleaning, pressure washing, or related experience
- Valid BC driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions




- Legally authorized to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship available)
- Strong reliability, accountability, and attention to detail
