Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team and drive strategic financial decision-making. In this role, you will analyze complex financial data, develop insightful reports, and support business units with budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluations. Your expertise in financial systems, data visualization tools, and analytical techniques will empower our organization to optimize performance and achieve its financial goals.

Fluency in French and proficiency with leading ERP systems and business intelligence platforms are highly valued to facilitate effective communication and comprehensive analysis across diverse markets.

Duties

- Conduct thorough analysis of financial data using advanced tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Cognos to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and investment decision processes.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and data visualization techniques to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data from databases like Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics GP, and Hyperion for accurate financial reporting.
- Support auditing processes by reviewing financial records for compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.




- Assist in the continuous improvement of financial systems and processes by leveraging ERP systems and accounting software to streamline workflows.
- Conduct research on market trends, industry benchmarks, and investment opportunities within the financial services sector to inform strategic planning.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; advanced certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role within investment banking or financial services industries.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), including advanced functions like VBA macros for automation.
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Cognos or Hyperion for data visualization and analysis.
- Familiarity with ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics GP; experience with databases using SQL is essential.
- Knowledge of accounting software and auditing standards to ensure compliance and accuracy of financial records.
- Bilingual abilities in French are highly desirable to support global operations and communication.
- Excellent analysis skills complemented by strong research capabilities; ability to interpret complex data sets with precision.
- Effective communication skills to present insights clearly across diverse audiences; adept at teamwork and collaboration in fast-paced environments.
