Role Description The Financial Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC. This position is responsible for engaging with customers in person, assessing their financial needs, and recommending appropriate lending products and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include explaining loan options, processing applications, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

The role also involves building long-term customer relationships, meeting sales and service targets, and contributing to branch-level performance.



The representative collaborates with team members to deliver a positive customer experience and promote easyfinancial’s products and services within the local community.

Qualifications

- Robust knowledge of Finance and Financial Services to understand lending products, credit assessments, and regulatory requirements.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to explain complex financial information clearly and support customers with empathy and professionalism.
- Demonstrated Sales abilities to identify customer needs, present solutions, and achieve or exceed performance targets.
- Previous experience in retail banking, lending, or consumer finance is an asset.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple customer interactions, and maintain accuracy in documentation.
- Comfort with basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; French language skills are highly beneficial for serving the local community in Montreal, QC.
