As the first and last point of contact for our guests, our Frontline team plays an essential role in creating the Diva experience. We’re looking for someone who is organized, confident, guest-focused, and passionate about the beauty and wellness industry.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and can confidently multitask while delivering an elevated guest experience.

Responsibilities
- Schedule salon and spa services while implementing proper booking procedures
- Greet guests and create a welcoming first impression
- Support service providers by maximizing schedules and guest retention
- Recommend services, retail products,



and pre-book future appointments
- Perform appointment confirmations and manage schedule adjustments
- Execute elevated guest service both in person and over the phone
- Handle cash transactions and balance the register
- Support salon, spa, and retail space organization and cleanliness
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and confidently
- Collaborate with the salon and spa team to support daily operations

Skills &

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year reception experience required
- Minimum 1 year retail and customer service experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional, polished, and confident under pressure
- Ability to multitask in a high-traffic environment
- Strong problem-solving and guest service skills
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry
- Aveda Brand experience considered an asset
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays required
