SȾÁUTW̱ First Nation is hiring a Property Manager to oversee community housing effectively. This role emphasizes respectful tenant interactions, property maintenance, and timely reporting within a two-year full time term.
As Property Manager, you’ll report to the Housing Manager and handle responsibilities such as tenant communication, rent collection, and coordinating maintenance and repairs. Your organizational skills will be crucial in managing multiple housing priorities. You will work closely with tenants, staff, and contractors to ensure that housing standards are met and maintained with care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day tenancy matters and tenant inquiries • Ensure timely coordination of maintenance requests and contractor work • Conduct housing inspections to identify and address issues • Monitor rent collections and maintain accurate records • Facilitate occupancy changes including moves and transfers
Requirements: • Educational background or experience in property management • Familiarity with housing operations and tenant relations • Experience with community-based services is a plus • Valid driver's license preferred
