Orangetheory Fitness Barrhaven is looking for a Membership Sales & Experience Associate to join our team. We’re looking for someone who wants more than just a job — someone interested in building a career, taking ownership of their role, and contributing to the growth of our studio!

This is a sales-focused, member-facing position that requires confidence, initiative, robust communication skills and the ability to build genuine relationships with both prospective and current members.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail management or another relationship-driven environment is a strong asset.

This is not a seasonal or short-term student position. We are looking for someone with open availability who is interested in a long-term opportunity and growing with our business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Connecting with prospective members by phone, text and in person and converting leads into booked introductory classes
- Presenting the Orangetheory experience to new guests and confidently recommending membership options
- Following up consistently with prospective members and working toward individual and studio sales goals
- Building strong relationships with our members and providing an exceptional member experience
- Supporting member retention through proactive communication and member care
- Participating in community outreach, local events and business partnerships to generate new leads




- Managing front-desk operations, member inquiries and day-to-day studio responsibilities
- Working closely with our coaching and leadership teams to create an exceptional studio experience
- Helping maintain a clean, organized and professional studio environment
