Duties

- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment safely across job sites
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and supplies
- Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, holding materials, or performing basic tasks under supervision
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Perform general site maintenance including debris removal, waste disposal, and minor repairs as needed
- Help with site setup and breakdown for daily operations or special projects




- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues promptly to supervisors to ensure ongoing safety compliance

Requirements

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn current skills
- Valuable communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
- Basic understanding of safety procedures relevant to construction or industrial environments
- Prior experience in labouring roles is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team success
