In this position, you will focus on grooming predominantly green and blue runs, assisting with more complex tasks alongside experienced Groomer Operators and Team Leads. You'll perform essential pre- and post-shift duties, maintaining safety standards, and addressing any mechanical issues promptly. Collaboration with various departments is key to providing optimal conditions for guests.

Key Responsibilities: • Groom assigned green and blue ski runs • Perform pre-shift checks and necessary paperwork • Identify and report equipment issues and safety concerns • Use GPS technology to improve decision-making • Communicate effectively with on-hill operational teams

Requirements: • Holding a valid G License in valuable standing • Required to work independently • Prior grooming experience is an asset • Mechanical aptitude is beneficial • Familiarity with resort winter terrain a plus
