In this full time temporary position, you will be part of the Utilities Consumer Advocate team, dedicated to enhancing consumer knowledge about electricity and natural gas. Your responsibilities will include developing outreach strategies, delivering presentations, and supporting consumer inquiries. You'll work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to ensure effective education and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and pursue community outreach opportunities
• Create and deliver impactful educational presentations
• Respond to consumer inquiries on utility services
• Collaborate with various government bodies for joint engagement
• Analyze trends to inform program development
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in education, arts, or related field
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• Excellent customer service skills
• Prior experience in public education is preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
