Key Responsibilities:
• Manage member transactions, including deposits and withdrawals
• Consult and recommend SCCU services based on member needs
• Oversee lobby operations for optimum member flow




• Perform cash balancing and maintain account integrity
• Provide assistance with ongoing account management
Requirements:
• 6+ months of experience in customer service or cash handling
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work full-time in office
• Strong attention to detail for accurate transactions
