Job Overview
We’re looking for an energetic and friendly Guest Experience Supervisor to lead and support our Host team.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until their departure. Your enthusiasm, hospitality skills, and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment where every guest feels valued and cared for.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Lead and support the Host team throughout daily operations.
- Oversee guest interactions, ensuring everyone receives attentive and personalized service.
- Handle guest inquiries, including large-group bookings, special requests, and feedback, with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Support front-of-house staff in managing reservations, waitlists, and guest flow during busy periods.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area that reflects our high hospitality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in an upscale or fine-dining establishment is required. This position is best suited to an experienced hospitality professional.
- Open and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is required.
- OpenTable knowledge considered an asset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect effortlessly with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of guest-service best practices.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
- Willingness to learn our menu offerings and service standards to better assist guests.
