- Maintain and enforce Health & Safety policies and OHSA compliance
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
- Monitor high-risk work and ensure proper PPE use
- Deliver safety training and orientations (WHMIS, Working at Heights, etc.)
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Maintain safety documentation and support COR® certification
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients
Qualifications
*Candidates with NCSO certification will be prioritized over all others.
- Diploma/degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
- 3 years of construction safety experience
- Knowledge of Ontario OHSA and COR® programs
- CRSP/NCSO (or working toward) is an asset
- Valid driver’s license
