Care supports seniors and adults who need help in their own homes across Airdrie, Calgary, and Southern Alberta. If you take pride in doing this work properly, calmly, respectfully, and consistently, we'd like to meet you.

The work

Depending on your scope and the client's care plan, you may support with:

- Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
- Safe transfers, positioning, mobility support, and fall prevention
- Medication reminders
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Light housekeeping: laundry, dishes, tidying,



and changing bed linens
- Companionship: conversation, activities, and accompaniment
- Post-hospital and recovery support
- Respite care for families
- Explicit updates and professional communication with the Care team

You'll be a fit if you are

- Reliable (show up, follow through, communicate early)
- Calm, respectful, and comfortable working independently in a client's home
- Confident with hands-on personal care and transfers
- Professional with families: warm, but with clear boundaries

Requirements

- Caregiving experience or relevant training (HCA certification is a plus, but not required — internationally trained caregivers welcome)
- CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Vulnerable sector criminal background check, plus references
- Living in Calgary reliable vehicle strongly preferred (faster, more consistent matches)
