Establish a Scalable & Cohesive Microsoft Ecosystem – Ensure seamless data flow, interoperability, and system architecture across Microsoft platforms, reducing silos and enhancing business efficiency.
Drive IoT & AI Innovation – Architect and implement IoT solutions to improve predictive maintenance, automation, and business intelligence. Leveraging AI-driven insights for operational efficiency, automation, and business intelligence.
Business & IT Alignment – Partner with senior leadership, IT, and business units to align technology solutions with business objectives, ensuring a roadmap that supports both immediate needs and long-term growth.

Requirements Enterprise Architecture Expertise – Must have deep experience designing and implementing enterprise solutions, particularly in Microsoft business applications (D365, Power Platform, Azure, etc.).
Microsoft Cloud & Platform Knowledge – Must have In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365 (ERP & CRM), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and security frameworks.
Complex Industry Experience – Strong background in manufacturing, medical devices, or other highly regulated industries with complex operational and compliance needs.
System Integration & Data Architecture – Experience in API management, data modeling, enterprise data architecture, IoT integrations, and AI-driven analytics.
Process Improvement & Automation – Experience leveraging automation, AI/ML, and analytics to optimize business processes.




Technical Roadmap & Strategy Development – Proven ability to define and execute a long-term technology vision aligned with business growth.
Strong Communication & Influence – Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
IoT & AI Experience – Proven experience architecting and implementing IoT solutions and leveraging AI/ML technologies for process automation, predictive analytics, and operational intelligence is a plus.
