Jobtailor is seeking an HR professional to support the organization’s HR functions in Durham Region, Ontario. The role leads full-cycle recruitment, oversees onboarding and training, and supports managers with performance management and employee development initiatives.
The ideal candidate has a CHRP designation, at least two years of HR experience, and solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
