Adecco is currently hiring a Warehouse Team Lead on behalf of our client in Winnipeg, MB. This is an excellent prospect for an experienced warehouse professional with leadership experience to join a fast-paced and highly regulated distribution environment. In this hands‑on role, you will support daily warehouse operations while leading and mentoring a team to ensure productivity, inventory accuracy, quality compliance, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in coordinating workflow, training employees, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.Location:Winnipeg, MBJob type:Permanent | Full‑timeResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team SupportLead, coach, and support warehouse employees in daily operationsDelegate tasks and prioritize workflow to meet operational requirementsTrain and mentor new hires and temporary staffAct as a liaison between warehouse staff and managementSupport workforce planning and daily operational objectivesFoster a positive, collaborative, and safety‑focused team cultureWarehouse OperationsPerform and oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment activitiesEnsure inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies as requiredComplete and review warehouse documentation, including shipping records, manifests,
and inventory reportsLoad and unload freight manually and using material handling equipmentOperate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, power jacks, scanners, and other warehouse equipmentSupport efficient warehouse flow and inventory management processesQuality, Safety & ComplianceMaintain compliance with GMP, GDP, GxP, ISO, and company quality standardsPromote and enforce workplace safety procedures and best practicesParticipate in incident prevention and continuous improvement initiativesMaintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and housekeeping standardsSupport audits and regulatory compliance activities as requiredQualifications and SkillsMinimum 2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain environmentExperience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipmentStrong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processesExperience in GMP, GDP, GxP, pharmaceutical, healthcare, food manufacturing, or other regulated environments is considered an assetStrong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft WordAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse duties as requiredMust be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada#J-18808-Ljbffr
