Key Responsibilities:



• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities for a variety of positions • Guide managers on effective recruitment best practices • Implement recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent • Support onboarding and maintain recruitment systems • Build partnerships with community organizations for talent sourcing

Requirements: • Relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources or related area • Minimum of 1-3 years experience in recruitment • Strong skills in candidate assessment and selection • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR technologies • Understanding of Ontario employment legislation
