As an Account Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring each property reflects Fossil's high standards. You'll also manage up to three maintenance crews while training staff and ensuring they have the necessary tools and materials for success. Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate trusted relationships with clients to anticipate needs
Schedule and oversee maintenance tasks for multiple crews




Ensure teams have required tools and materials to excel
Provide training and feedback to enhance crew performance
Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager for material orders

Requirements:
5+ years in horticulture, preferably high-end residential
3+ years supervising maintenance teams
Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license
Experience with irrigation systems and landscape lighting
Solid communication skills and attention to detail
