OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering meaningful insights, strategic guidance, and impactful training to our clients. Leveraging your strong analytical skills, you will conduct incognito hotel assessments that blend quantitative metrics with observational insights to evaluate performance and guest experience. Based on your findings, you will craft and present tailored recommendations that align with client objectives, translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies for hotel teams.

You will also have a crucial role in our UpFront Training, travelling to hotels to deliver engaging, high‑quality sessions that help teams elevate their guest experience. By engaging with clients early, you will align on logistics, adapt to training needs, and ensure smooth preparation. During delivery, you will run interactive sessions that inspire teams and demonstrate the plus‑one philosophy, consistently adding value beyond expectations.

Your ability to foster collaboration, adapt your communication style to diverse audiences, and build strong relationships with hotel management teams will be essential to success across both assessment and training responsibilities.

KEY DUTIES

Assessments

- Conduct ten incognito Hotel Assessments nights or ten training nights per month, providing quantitative and observational data analyses.
- Manage travel itineraries according to schedule, ensuring evaluations are completed in a cost-effective manner. Please note that you will be required to travel for approximately half of the month.
- Translate analytical insights into clear, actionable strategies for hotel team implementation.
- Foster collaboration and engagement with the Hotel Management Team, adapting communication style to suit different audiences.




- Maintain solid client relationships through support, insights, and results-focused advice.

Upfront Training

- Contact clients in the first week of the month or within two days of the introductory email.
- Communicate logistical details clearly in writing following the kick-off call, and collaborate with the client to confirm the agenda, recommended attendees, and overall logistical plan.
- Adapt to off-menu training requests and operational constraints while staying within the 8-hour framework.
- Deliver training sessions in an interactive, engaging, and entertaining manner, demonstrating full command of the content and exercises.
- Provide added value to clients, such as mini-assessments, feedback on stays, and additional training tools.
- Provide regular feedback to improve training content and delivery.
- Update hotel information pages with completed modules and relevant details for future consultants.
- Save presentations, handouts, plus-ones, and administrative documents in the designated training folders.
- Follow up with clients post-assessment, nurture ongoing relationships, and help generate repeat business by converting positive feedback into future training opportunities.

- Actively contributes to team learning by sharing insights, best practices, and updates to support collective development.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years’ management experience in guest-facing roles within the luxury hotel/hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of operational standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Fluent in professional English and Spanish, both spoken and written, ensuring clear and articulate client interactions.
- Living within two hours of an International Airport
- Previous experience working with LQA (preferred).
- Previous training experience (preferred).
