As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, analyzing insurance needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options. Duties
- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Market and promote insurance products to potential customers
- Analyze clients' current insurance policies and coverage to identify any gaps or opportunities for improvement
- Assist clients in completing insurance applications and necessary paperwork
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate policy terms and premiums on behalf of clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency's database
- Stay informed about industry trends, changes in insurance regulations, and new product offerings
Qualifications
- Level 2 insurance license(required)
- Minimum 3 years of previous commercial insurance sales
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable to meet business owners
- Ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of insurance software systems
