Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Plan and organize inventory control and operational logistics for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished plastic film products.
- Coordinate, assign, and review the work of inventory, warehouse, and logistics staff.
- Organize and maintain inventory of production materials, packaging supplies, and finished products.
- Coordinate activities with production, purchasing, warehouse, and shipping departments to ensure accurate and timely material flow.
- Oversee operational logistics, including domestic and cross-border shipments of flexible packaging products across North America.
- Resolve inventory and operational problems and recommend measures to improve productivity, inventory accuracy, and product quality.




- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies required for continuous production operations.
- Prepare and submit inventory, logistics, and operational reports to management.

Requirements:

- Education:

Post-secondary education program in business, supply chain, production or manufacturing management preferred.
- Experience:

Several years of experience in the occupation supervised are required.
- Qualifications:

Must have a deep understanding of plastics film production processes, including raw materials, production flow, work-in-progress, finished products, and quality requirements. Wage & Benefits

- Wage: $37.00 per hour
- Working hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
- Benefits: 2 weeks of paid vacation or 4% vacation pay
