Key Responsibilities: • Implement and evaluate clients’ personal service plans • Provide daily life skills support and training • Assist clients with independent living strategies • Prepare and serve meals according to health standards • Maintain documentation of client progress
Requirements: • Diploma in a related field • At least one year of relevant experience • Required certifications: First Aid, FOODSAFE • Robust interpersonal and job knowledge skills • Able to manage crisis situations effectively
