Job Overview

We are hiring an intermediate IT Technician to provide ongoing support and consultation for our private business clients.

In this position we are looking for technicians who are experienced and have a strong desire to help people. IT Technicians will interact with team members at both the coworker level and at the executive level, while manage a variety of advanced technology systems.

Responsibilities

- Installing and configuring hardware and software components
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Repairing or replacing hardware
- Upgrading systems to enable software compatibility
- Installing and upgrading security software and security systems to ensure network stability
- Performing tests and evaluations on software and hardware
- Offering information and support to users
- Maintaining relationships with different employees and departments

Requirements

- Proven experience in IT support or technical support roles with a strong focus on customer service.




- Proficiency in operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Familiarity with computer networking concepts such as LAN setup and firewall management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in both software applications and computer hardware issues.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with users at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
