What You’ll Own

- Aggressive employer outreach: cold calling, site visits, networking, and relationship building
- Identifying hiring needs and uncovering hidden job market opportunities
- Promoting Employment Ontario incentives and securing employer commitment
- Generating high‑quality job leads for Employment Specialists
- Negotiating Brokered Incentive Agreements (BIAs) and managing all documentation
- Handling BIA invoicing, payment coordination, and ERFS entry
- Maintaining audit‑ready employer engagement records across CAMS, FFAI, and ERFS
- Meeting and exceeding outreach and engagement performance targets

What You Bring

- Ontario IES Job Developer or Employer Engagement experience (mandatory)
- Strong sales aptitude — confident, persuasive, and comfortable with outreach
- Proven ability to generate leads and negotiate agreements
- High work ethic, independence, and accountability
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills




- Digital literacy and comfort with databases and Microsoft Office
- Valid Ontario G licence + reliable vehicle for employer travel

Preferred

- Experience with CAMS, FFAI, ERFS
- Background in employment services, business development, sales, or outreach
- Knowledge of local labour market trends
- Post‑secondary education in business, career development, social services, or related fields
