Become a Mine Maintenance Trainer at Canadian Natural and make a difference in Fort McMurray, Alberta. This role involves essential training for tradespersons in a agile oil sands environment. You will be part of the Albian Training team, reporting to the Lead Hand.

Your focus will be on developing operating skills in maintenance workers through ongoing training and competency assessments. Documenting training progress and mentoring trainees for improvement will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in training and evaluation of maintenance personnel
- Document and maintain comprehensive training records
- Conduct field and classroom training sessions
- Communicate results and provide feedback to trainees
- Develop and implement remedial training plans Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of heavy equipment maintenance experience
- Strong understanding of equipment operations and rigging
- Competency with Microsoft Office applications
- Grade 12 education or GED required
- Valid Alberta Driver’s License Drive innovation and safety in mining as part of Canadian Natural’s dedicated team.
