As a part-time coach, you will lead private, semi-private, and small group development sessions. You will utilize the Skatemill curriculum to deliver age-appropriate instruction and feedback. Creating a positive and organized training experience is key to this role, where you will ensure a safe environment for athletes.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead various development sessions for players • Deliver lessons using the Skatemill curriculum • Provide clear, effective feedback to athletes • Create a positive and engaging experience • Maintain professionalism and safety in training
Requirements: • Coaching experience at AAA, Junior, College, or Professional level • Hockey Canada certification is an asset • Passion for player development and improvement • Availability for evenings and weekends • Willingness to undergo Skatemill-specific training
