Rocky View Schools is seeking two full-time Positive Behaviour Coaches to provide direct support to students with challenging behaviors. The position involves coaching teachers, conducting assessments, and developing intervention plans tailored to individual student needs. Candidates will enhance learning settings through partnership and professional learning opportunities for staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one support and intervention for students • Model effective strategies for classroom teachers • Develop personalized learning and intervention plans • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and observations • Document assessments and partner with families and staff
Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Education • Three years of experience with social-emotional challenges • Specialized training in inclusive educational support • Robust cooperative and communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
