Lead the future of sustainable building infrastructure as a Mechanical Engineering Manager at Geosource Energy. Manage cutting-edge geothermal projects from conception through construction in Ancaster, ON.In this full time role, you will oversee technical development and coordination in multidisciplinary design activities. With a focus on geothermal systems, you’ll ensure all designs are constructible and delivered on schedule. You'll also lead design meetings and provide crucial support during the project lifecycle, from engineering to construction.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee multidisciplinary design activities for geothermal systems
Review mechanical and geothermal system designs and specifications
Identify and resolve design challenges during the project




Lead design meetings and stakeholder discussions
Coach engineering team members, ensuring project workflowsRequirements:
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field
5 years in mechanical building systems or HVAC design
Solid AutoCAD skills for interpreting engineering drawings
Proven project management and communication abilities
