As an essential member of the nursing staff, you will report directly to the Patient Care Manager of CP2 Hemodialysis. You'll collaborate within a dynamic team, delivering nursing care based on established protocols. Key responsibilities include providing high-quality care to patients and supporting the overall mission of SHN, recognized for its excellence in various health programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:



• Deliver nursing care based on a pre-set plan • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members • Provide high-quality patient and family care • Rotate between hemodialysis sites as required • Assist with complex patient care when needed

Requirements: • Current registration with College of Nurses of Ontario • Minimum one year of hemodialysis experience • Completion of nephrology nursing courses • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • High standards of professionalism and reliability
