This is a permanent, long-term position of approximately 20 hours per week, Monday through Thursday. Early morning and evening availability is required.

Our Chiropractic Health Assistants play an essential role in creating an exceptional experience for our patients while keeping a busy practice organized and running smoothly.

We are looking for someone who:
Provides exceptional customer service and genuinely enjoys working with people
Has a warm, friendly, positive, and skilled manner
Has exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally in person, by phone, and in writing
Is highly organized and exceptionally attentive to detail
Can manage multiple priorities accurately in a busy, rapid-paced setting
Is dependable, responsible, and works well as part of a team
Is comfortable using computers and has experience with Microsoft Office
Is interested in becoming a long-term member of our team
Previous experience in customer service, administration, reception, or a professional office environment is an asset.
