Project Director – Data Centres | Finland | In office

I’m supporting a major data center platform with the appointment of an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a large-scale hyperscale development in Finland.

This is a senior leadership position with responsibility across the full project lifecycle, leading multidisciplinary teams and taking ownership of construction, programme, commercial performance, commissioning and handover.

What we’re looking for:
Proven leadership of major CSA & MEP construction programs
Experience managing General Contractors, consultants, vendors and internal delivery teams
Solid understanding of cost, schedule, risk, quality and commissioning
Track record taking complex projects through construction to operational handover
Comfortable operating as the senior project leader and reporting into executive leadership
