What You Would Do
Provision of excellence in customer service
Access control
Patrolling
CCTV monitoring
Communications, including radio, digital and incident escalations
Incident and activity reporting
Identifying and reporting safety hazards
Crime prevention
Visual deterrence
Emergency services liaison
Dealing with severe / escalated situations
Demonstrate empathy when handling situations involving Vancouver's most vulnerable populations

Job Requirements
BC Security License (BST)
Occupational First Aid Level 2/intermediate (OFA - intermediate) - preferred
Minimum of 3 years of security industry experience
Minimum of 1 year customer service experience

What You Bring
Valid BC Security License
High School Diploma or equivalent
Reliable, available, independent nature, of sound character and a team player
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced customer-oriented environment
Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
