This position operates Sunday to Thursday, from 8 PM to 5 AM. You will be responsible for the dispatch of vehicles to ensure the prompt receipt and delivery of materials to clients. This role requires a strong understanding of logistics and critical problem-solving skills to handle daily operations smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Dispatch vehicles efficiently for timely deliveries
• Communicate constantly with drivers to address concerns
• Monitor cargo locations and track shipments in real time
• Utilize TMS for route optimization and updates
• Assist drivers with safety-related issues and alerts
Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in fleet dispatching essential
• Strong grasp of logistics and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service proficiency
• Familiarity with relevant software and GPS technology
• Minimum High School diploma, higher education preferred
