In the Fleet Coordinator position at Hy-Tech, you'll coordinate the maintenance of our extensive fleet, assist in equipment mobilization, and develop maintenance programs. The role requires collaboration with Fleet Managers and Logistics to meet the needs of ongoing projects and ensure all vehicles are properly registered and insured. Strong multitasking skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all repairs and maintenance scheduling
• Develop and update maintenance programs accordingly
• Track equipment GPS functionality




• Record fleet maintenance history in Fleetio
• Manage fleet inventory purchases with the Fleet Manager
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of Fleet Management experience
• Red Seal Certification is an asset
• Familiarity with diamond drill equipment preferred
• Valid driver’s license with current abstract
• Strong independent and team-oriented work abilities
