Our stores are known for providing super-friendly service, creating a welcoming environment for shoppers, and treating customers with dignity and respect.Responsibilities- Overall responsibility for sales and profitability of the store- Control expenses and manage customer relations- Ensure customer service standards are maintained- Ensure merchandise is filled and the store is easy to shop- Follow all merchandise and marketing guidelines- Recruit, train, develop, motivate and manage a team of Associates & Keyholders- Set up ads properly and on time- Receive and manage freight & deliveries- Ensure all loss prevention policies and procedures are followedKnowledge, Skills, Abilities,



And Experience- 1-2 years retail management experience- Grade 12 education or equivalent- Career minded, a self starter, and customer oriented- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, multi-task environment- Robust communication, organizational, leadership, decision making and interpersonal skills- Flexible, super friendly, adaptable, efficient and professional mannerSalarySalary Range: $45K-$50K /year. This represents the expected range and may not represent the full pay range for the position.
