This casual position, requiring one day a week, allows you to assess clients’ driving abilities holistically. You will support individuals recovering from brain injuries, strokes, and other diagnoses by conducting vital driving assessments. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will formulate goals and tailor rehabilitation programs to enhance your clients’ mobility and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out comprehensive driving assessments in various settings
• Evaluate vehicle access for clients using mobility aids




• Create personalized goals and resources for clients
• Supervise client-focused driver rehabilitation programs
• Manage detailed assessment paperwork and reporting
Requirements:
• Active member of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Preferred recent experience in rehabilitation programs
• Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented worker
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Adaptability to recent technology and applications
